This guy wrote a book on bullshitters and liars called "On Bullshit". He makes the distinction between them by stating; liars are dangerous in that, liars at least have some bit of concern for the truth (hiding it). As for the Bullshitters, they aren't concerned for what the truth may be; they're interested in entertaining the listener.

I think most people of this world should read this and have a self realization.

*a side note, does it not sound like most of the dialogue from politicians, they're either lieing or bullshitting(can you tell elections are on in my area?).
